Hospital Policies
Appointments/Urgent Care Policy: We require appointments to be scheduled in advance to ensure the best possible care for your pet. However, we provide same day urgent care. If urgent care is needed, please call ahead if possible so we can prepare for your arrival. An urgent care fee may be applied in these instances.
Payment Policy: Full payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, major credit cards, and debit cards. For your convenience, we also offer financing options through CareCredit. Please contact us if you have any questions about payment or financing.
Vaccination Policy: Per Oregon law, and for the safety of all our patients and staff, we require that all pets be up-to-date on their rabies vaccination.
Prescription Policy: Prescription medications and diets are available through our in-house pharmacy or online pharmacy. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for prescription refills. For new prescriptions or refills, a current annual exam is required.
